Core Banking Systems Analyst

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on enhancing and maintaining core banking systems. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements, and supporting system operations across multiple environments. You will also contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Analyze and define requirements (functional and non-functional)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT
• Support day-to-day operations of core banking systems
• Write and maintain Oracle SQL scripts for data queries
• Create and manage PowerShell scripts to automate tasks
• Track and manage tasks using Helix and related tools
• Participate in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) ceremonies
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Monitor system health and escalate incidents as needed

 

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience in Windows Server administration
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and alerting systems
• Basic understanding of IBM MQ infrastructure
• Exposure to ESP scheduling or Kubernetes is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to write clear, structured documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is an advantage
