CI/CD Engineer

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk/Gdynia at least 1-2 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on Liquidity and Asset & Liability Management (ALM) within Group Finance. The goal is to build scalable and modern data and analytics solutions based on Snowflake, supporting critical regulatory and strategic reporting. You’ll work on both greenfield data loads and automation of existing workflows, with a strong emphasis on DevOps practices and developer efficiency.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

 

• Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows
• Write and optimize Python scripts for automation and data processing
• Work with Snowflake to support data warehousing and ETL processes
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery processes
• Integrate tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Sonarqube, and Ansible into the delivery pipeline
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and internal development guidelines
• Support the transition from legacy data pipelines to cloud-native solutions

 

Expected competences and knowledge

 

• Strong programming skills in Python (data & automation use cases)
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, Sonarqube)
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience working with relational or analytical databases
• Good understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and workflow orchestration
• Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools (e.g., Ansible, Kubernetes, Kafka)
• Ability to document and structure engineering processes clearly
