Case Manager for Security Remediation

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Warsaw (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

As a Case Manager, the candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the investigation and remediation of significant security deficiencies identified through Offensive Security Testing and Operational Security activities.

The Case Manager ensures that identified security deficiencies and associated risks are properly assessed, prioritized, and remediated in a timely manner, in alignment with the bank’s risk appetite and security standards. The role closely resembles a project management function, with strong coordination, ownership, and stakeholder management responsibilities.

The candidate will manage multiple security cases concurrently, each supported by an assigned co-pilot from the team.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Lead end-to-end investigation and remediation of security findings
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, risk, and business stakeholders
• Ensure risks are assessed, documented, and treated according to internal frameworks
• Track remediation progress and ensure timely closure of cases
• Communicate complex security topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Prepare and deliver presentations to influence and align stakeholders

Must-have Knowledge & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Practical experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security
• Experience in IT Risk Management
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to move from ambiguity to clarity
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills and stakeholder influencing abilities
• Learning mindset with interest in new and unfamiliar topics
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Good command of spoken and written English
