Salary: 600-800 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements to support enterprise-level digital solutions. The project involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and IT architects to ensure that business needs are clearly defined and accurately translated into system features and integrations.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs), Product Owner, and other analysts both internally and externally
• Analyze and prepare business requirements, including functional and non-functional needs, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Collaborate with IT architects to validate requirements and ensure technical alignment
• Create and validate epic descriptions to meet expected quality standards
• Detail requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Validate business requirement descriptions for completeness and clarity
• Review test cases and ensure they are aligned with business requirements
• Analyze bug reports and verify consistency with original requirements
