Business Analyst

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM). In this role as a Business Analyst, you will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders to analyze needs, design solutions, support testing, and oversee implementation. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that new processes are clear, efficient, easy to maintain, and aligned with business requirements as well as maintenance teams. You will join a technical team that is currently working on completing a Proof of Concept (POC) and finalizing the solution design.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Identify, analyze, and document requirements in the form of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), process models, use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards while supporting the design of automated and efficient processes
• Maintain traceability between business needs and technical implementation, keeping documentation updated throughout the project
• Collaborate with developers and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure alignment with other initiatives
• Secure proper system testing, plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and facilitate resolution of conflicting requirements
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, assist in prioritizing features, manage scope changes, and support training and transition activities for end-users

• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience in digitalization projects, preferably within Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cyber security
• Strong background in process development
• Hands-on experience in testing and quality assurance of IT solutions
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Toxic Combination Policy
• Experience working with IBM Mainframe systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Driven, self-motivated, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
