AWS DevOps Engineer

Salary: 1100 - 1500PLN /day net + vat (B2B)

Work model: flexible hybrid (one day on-site per week from our offices Warszawa / Gdynia / Kraków / Rzeszów)

Project

As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. You will focus on building scalable, secure, and automated solutions to enhance system reliability and performance. Collaborating with development and operations teams, you will drive CI/CD best practices, infrastructure as code (IaC) adoption, and security enhancements. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, improve monitoring and logging, and ensure high availability and resilience of cloud-based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation and CDK

• Develop, optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for fast and reliable software delivery

• Implement security best practices, monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Set up logging, monitoring and alerting solutions to maintain system performance and enable rapid incident response

• Identify and implement optimizations for cost efficiency, scalability and performance across services and infrastructure

• Collaborate with development and security teams to streamline workflows, improve automation and promote DevOps best practices

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, AWS ECS/EKS and AWS Lambda

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing AWS Cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation for automating cloud resource provisioning.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools
• Understanding of AWS security best practices and process how to build secure and reliable SDLC
• Hands-on experience with AWS CloudWatch
• Knowledge of AWS networking concepts
• Experience working with Docker, AWS ECS (or AWS EKS) for containerized application deployment.
• Experience working with AWS Lambda
• Experience working in Agile teams, following DevOps principles, and collaborating with development and Security teams

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience managing Azure Cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with any of popular programming languages
• Experience working as Software engineer in agile team
