    Salary: 750-950 PLN on B2B

    Model work: hybrid from Gdańsk

    Project

    We are looking for an Application Maintenance Specialist (L2) to join our client's DevOps team and support daily IT operations and application maintenance. If you have experience in a DevOps environment, knowledge of Linux, Oracle DB, and PL/SQL, and are eager to grow in a dynamic team – we look forward to receiving your application!


    What you'll be doing 

    • Provide L2 application maintenance and IT operations within a DevOps team
    • Handle changes, incidents, and problems on a daily basis
    • Continuously improve support processes and create new solutions
    • Collaborate closely with development teams in the DevOps organization
    • Analyze and design non-functional requirements and propose operational improvements
    • Maintain and develop monitoring and automation solutions for the supported area

     

    Expected competences and knowledge

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Support
    • Strong knowledge of Linux
    • Experience with Oracle DB and SQL
    • Proficiency in Shell Scripting
    • Experience working in a DevOps/Agile environment
    • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence)
    • Knowledge of Splunk, Grafana and Automic UC4
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

     

    Nice to have

    • Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
    • Understanding of logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Logi, AppDynamics)
    • Basic knowledge of Java and Java frameworks
    • Experience with Bamboo
    • Background in the Banking & Capital Markets sector
