Job description

Salary: 700 - 1000 PLN net/MD on B2B

Remote: 100% remote

Duration and requirements of the assignment: Q1 and Q2 2025, 32 hours per week (extension is possible)

Project

A new project, being executed with the Netherlands, focused on developing a new design system. The UX/UI designers have already created the visual concepts, and now the team is tasked with programming it. Some parts of the system will be new, while others will involve replacing elements of the old system with the new one. The team consists of 3 people, plus 3 others working on platform-related areas – Scrum methodology is used. The work is remote, with an expected workload of 32 hours per week, potentially extending to more hours.

Expected competences and knowledge

Strong proficiency in Angular 18+, Tailwind, and NX Nrwl (monorepo architecture)

Experience with design systems
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently, including pitching and presenting new ideas
Independent work style with the ability to take ownership of tasks
Willingness to collaborate as part of a team located in the Netherlands
Fluent English (both speaking and listening) is essential
Soft skills are a critical part of this role, including strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

Work on the integration and implementation of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform
Identify and resolve areas of technical debt to improve long-term development efficiency and system health
Lead and execute multiple refactors to optimize the codebase
Work on platform-related improvements and deliver features to enhance user experience
