AI and Python Developer

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

The Company is embarking on an ambitious program of work to deliver a number of generative and predictive AI models to optimize the work for hundreds of people in financial sector. While we are an established and mature IT organization, working in our AI program is going to feel more like a startup. We are experimenting with methods and tooling and are seeking a number of experienced Devops engineers to help facilitate the build and deployment of our Generative AI applications.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the rapid development and deployment of Generative AI applications
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and other engineers to ensure solid, scalable, and secure infrastructure for AI workloads
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance
• Manage cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) and support the integration of AI models into production environments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and testing workflows
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of tools and practices within a dynamic, startup-like AI initiative

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years in Python development (preferred 5+ years)
• Experience with PyTest, GIT, Jenkins piplines, Github or/or BitBucket, Docker
• Konwledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus , Zabbix, Splunk
• Experience with AWS development
• Hadoop knowledge
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence

Nice to have

• Experience with API Testing with using Postman, Swagger, Robot Framework
• Defining, executing and reporting tests in Jenkins
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with Scala development
