Our mission is to undertake projects spanning various industries, including Consumer and Manufacturing, Defence and Security, Energy and Utilities, Financial Services, Government and Public Services, Health and Life Sciences, and Transport.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to play a key role in enabling scalable, cloud-native AI and machine learning platforms. In this role, you will design, build, and optimise modern data architectures, integrate largescale datasets, and deliver reliable, highperformance data pipelines that power advanced analytics, GenAI, and ML solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and operate Snowflake based data platforms supporting analytics, AI, ML, and GenAI workloads

  • Build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines (batch and real time) using modern cloud data technologies

  • Design and optimize cloud native data architectures for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

  • Integrate and manage large, complex datasets from internal and external sources

  • Enable advanced GenAI use cases, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and agent based workflows

  • Design and develop LLM based agent solutions and agentic workflows integrated with data platforms

  • Work with embeddings, vector databases, indexing, and reranking techniques to improve LLM output quality

  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to ensure platforms fully support model development and production

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data platforms and pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability

  • Implement and improve CI/CD, data quality, and observability practices for data and AI workloads

  • Contribute to platform standards, best practices, and technical evolution across the organization

Here's what you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI engineering, or platform engineering roles

  • Hands on, production level experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, ELT patterns, and performance optimization

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar languages

  • Solid experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and modern lakehouse or hybrid architectures

  • Practical understanding of GenAI architectures (RAG, LLM powered systems, agent based workflows)

  • Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search

  • Experience operating data and AI workloads in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)

  • Strong analytical mindset, ownership attitude, and ability to design solutions for enterprise scale

Nice to have:

  • Experience with advanced data indexing and GenAI enablement technologies

  • Familiarity with multi cloud or hybrid cloud architectures

  • Experience in consulting, product driven, or multi project environments

  • Exposure to large, enterprise scale data and AI ecosystems

We offer:

  • Rewarding employment - full-time employment/b2b contract with a salary that matches your qualifications

  • Hybrid work model - enjoy the flexibility of working mainly from home

  • Flexible hours - start your day anytime between 7:30 and 10:00 AM

  • Possibility to travel on an occasional basis

  • Co-financed holidays - enjoy "Wczasy pod Gruszą" for a well-deserved break

  • Global projects - engage in exciting international projects (only under CoE)

  • Inclusive networks - join our diverse employee networks like Women's Network, OneWorld, PRISM, Careers Network, Green Team, SpeakUp, Collectively, and more
