About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze trade flow, execution performance, and market impact to detect inefficiencies and abnormal behaviors. You will work closely with Risk Management and Trading Engineers, leveraging data-driven insights to improve trading strategies, optimise system parameters, and prevent system exploitation.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse Trade Behaviour: Detect toxic flow, arbitrage, HFT, scalping, sniping, and abnormal EA usage;
• Optimise Execution Performance: Track order book, trade volume, fill ratios, liquidity depth, slippage, and requites;
• Evaluate Liquidity Providers (LPs) and create data-driven dashboards;
• Support Risk & Trading Teams: Generate reports on toxic trading patterns, latency, and spread control; optimise MT5, FIX API, and bridge settings for better execution;
• Develop Risk Models & Alerts: Build rule-based or ML models to detect trading abnormalities, implement real-time alerts for irregular activity, and assess macro events and market impact.

🎯 KPIs & Requirements

• Generate Toxic Trading Pattern Reports within 24 hours of detection;
• Improve Trade Surveillance Model accuracy by 30%;
• Enhance order execution analysis to minimise system exploitation;
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis;
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
• Skilled in SQL and database management;
• Knowledge of Python or R for in-depth analysis;
• Experience in financial markets or Forex industry (preferred).
