We are looking for team players to fill ServiceNow Experts positions in a dynamic international project for the customer from Teleco industry.
Whether you are a hands-on Developer, a strategic Consultant, or a high-level Architect, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions on the Now Platform. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical excellence, ensuring our ServiceNow ecosystem remains scalable and efficient.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.
Technical Excellence: Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Creator Workflows (App Engine, Integration Hub, Flow Designer).
Consulting: Advise internal or external stakeholders on best practices, OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) functionality, and platform governance.
Architecture (for Architect level): Define the long-term technical roadmap, oversee the CMDB health, and ensure alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Collaboration: Work in an agile environment, translating German-language requirements into technical specifications
Requirements
Core ServiceNow Expertise: Strong experience in one or more of the following leading modules:
ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB.
ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Observability.
CSM: Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, Communities.
HRSD: Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events.
SecOps: Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intel.
ITAM / SAM / HAM: Software & Hardware Asset Management.
GRC / IRM: Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy & Controls.
PPM / APM / SPM: Project Portfolio, Agile, Application Portfolio.
UI/UX: Service Portal and UI Builder.
Technical Background: Solid understanding of JavaScript, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow’s underlying architecture.
Industry Experience (Advantage): Prior experience in Financial Services, Telco, or Healthcare is a major plus.
Communicative German and English is Required
