Project Manager

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Project Manager and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from iLottery area.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead strategic technology projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with customers to define yearly technology roadmaps and ensure successful delivery.

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements while managing cross-functional teams and budgets.

• Manage communication with internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management, preferably in technology-driven environments.

• Proven experience managing multiple large and complex projects across distributed teams and locations.

• Strong understanding of Lean Agile practices and the Scrum framework.

• Advanced knowledge of JIRA, including project structuring and visualization dashboards.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across both internal teams and external clients.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to create data-driven presentations for leadership.

• Experience in risk management, including risk identification and risk-based planning.

• Solid understanding of incremental delivery concepts for both software and project deliverables.

• Fluency in English (C1); Italian is a plus.

• Technical understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) is an advantage.

• Experience in the lottery or gaming industry (player platforms, CRM, remote gaming servers, data protection) is a strong plus.

• Project management certification such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
