Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and improve data platforms supporting AI workflows, forecasting models, analytics, and consumer intelligence products.

✅ Your responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.

• Design data models using Data Vault 2.0, dbt, and dimensional modelling.

• Optimise SQL queries, Snowflake performance, and data processing costs.

• Develop API ingestion workflows with monitoring, retries, and data validation.

• Implement data quality, observability, and CI/CD practices.

• Work closely with data science, analytics, product, and platform teams.

• Mentor junior engineers and support nearshore data engineering teams.

🧠 Our requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.

• Strong SQL and Python skills.

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Airflow.

• Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 and dimensional modelling.

• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and API data ingestion.

• Experience with AWS or GCP.

• Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, Linux, and monitoring tools.

• Strong communication and ownership mindset.
