🔧 What you’ll do:

Depending on your area of expertise and interest, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting IT issues (Service Desk).
• Administering Linux or Windows servers to ensure system stability (Admin roles).
• Optimizing and managing Oracle databases (DBA Operations).
• Supporting Apple devices and ensuring seamless integration (Apple Device Management).
• Designing and maintaining Azure cloud solutions (Cloud Infrastructure).
• Protecting networks from threats and implementing security protocols (Network Security).
• Managing backup systems and data storage solutions (Storage & Backup Admin).
• Configuring and supporting collaboration tools like Webex (Webex Systems & Devices).

🎯What we’re looking for:

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: IT support, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, database management, or network security.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with tools/technologies relevant to your desired role.

🏆Nice to have:

Certifications such as Azure Administrator, Oracle DBA Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation.
