We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee and provide support for network environments, specifically focusing on Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, and Viptela technologies. The role involves managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure, with an emphasis on operational support.

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Provide expert-level support for network systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation and high availability of network environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system stability and security.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network management.
• Lead incident response and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain network security and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in their development.

🎯What we’re looking for:

• In-depth understanding of Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and Viptela SD-WAN solutions.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing network environments, including advanced features like VDC, vPC, FabricPath, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and SD-WAN policies.
• Familiarity with management platforms like Nexus Dashboard and Catalyst Center for centralized network monitoring and operations.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Cisco certifications are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in network support and managemen

🏆Nice to have:

• knowledge of Cisco Firewall (ASA, Firepower, Secure Firewall), ISE, and Palo Alto technologies
