About the project
We are looking for an experienced System Support Engineer who will join the project from the healthcare industry and will be responsible for data, middleware and IT infrastructure support, maintenance and development.
Work mode: remote
- Providing comprehensive support for the infrastructural environment, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Collaborating with users to understand their requirements, providing guidance, and support.
- Transforming user feedback into insights for the agile team to refine user stories and feature definitions, aiding in the enhancement of the platform and solutions.
- Contributing to platform advancements by emphasizing automation to streamline processes.
- Sharing expertise and working together with the team to exchange knowledge and experiences.
- Conducting tests and addressing bugs.
- Partnering on governance and security matters with the System Manager.
- Working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
- Performing root cause analysis to swiftly address technical challenges.
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding the importance of ensuring stable platforms and a reliable infrastructural environment.
- Experience with the following tools and areas: Linux / Bash, Powershell, DevOps CI/CD practices, Python, Git, GitHub etc.
- Good knowledge of containerization (Docker / OCI / Podman), Jupyterhub, Jupyterlab and running Jupyter Notebooks
- Experience in working with Active Directory (AD) / Single Sign-On (SSO) / Kerberos and Oauth
- Very good English command
- Nice to have: Puppet, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS&Azure
