Technical Lead .NET Developer

Gdansk or Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 days in the office/week)

As a Senior / Technical Lead .NET Developer, you will be working for our client on designing and delivering innovative banking processes for both electronic and traditional platforms. You will collaborate with various departments to analyze requirements, define business solutions, and ensure enterprise-class security and performance. You will create technical concepts, design system integrations, and support users throughout testing and implementation stages. With a focus on Agile methodologies, you will play a critical role in enhancing system architecture and contributing to ongoing in-house development.

Your main responsibilities: Develop modern and innovative processes for electronic and traditional banking

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and define business needs
• Design functional and system solutions, including processes, screen mockups, and business rules
• Participate in technical solution design, including integration of required modules
• Address enterprise-level security and performance challenges in banking solutions
• Support users during testing and coordinate the implementation process
• Drive continuous development of delivered solutions and system architecture
• Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Agile PM to manage tasks and projects
• Lead technical coordination for multi-person development teams on complex projects
• Ensure alignment with best practices for distributed architecture and DDD principles

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer, architect, or technical lead, ideally in the financial sector
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, Kafka, Redis, SQL Server, EF, Microservices, .NET 6/8, and .NET Framework 4.8
• Experience leading complex projects in multi-person teams as a technical coordinator
• A higher education degree
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Good organizational skills with the ability to deliver on time
• A solid understanding of distributed architecture and DDD principles
• Practical knowledge of application optimization techniques
• Experience in user story mapping and event storming techniques 
• Experience in leading projects for mobile applications 
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
