T24 Specialist

Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Globus Specialist you will be working for our client – the first fully online bank and one of the largest software houses in Poland. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and inspiring environment, contributing to the implementation and development of a modern core banking system.

Your main responsibilities:

• Providing expertise in Temenos T24 (analysis, configuration, development or support) for the purpose of implementing and enhancing the new core banking system.

• Developing, configuring and documenting changes to the system.

• Supporting Analysts and Product Owners in clarifying business requirements.

• Cooperating with testers to ensure high-quality deliveries.

• Ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.

• Creating and maintaining automation tests (depending on role).

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Higher education in IT, finance, or related fields.

• Min. 4 years of experience in a similar position (analyst, configurator, developer, or consultant).

• Knowledge of T24 modules (e.g. AA module, Payments, Securities).

• Understanding of T24 integration and interfaces.

• Experience with T24 user interfaces (versions, enquiries, browser).

• Experience with Temenos T24 / Globus (technical or functional).

• Practical experience in banking or financial institutions.

• Knowledge of software development tools and version control (e.g. GIT).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Programming skills (C++, C#, jBase BASIC, or other).
