Lodz-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office per month).
As a Mid-Level System Administrator, you will be working for our client, a leader in the online banking sector. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing complex, highly available IT systems that support vital financial services. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of technology, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance in a dynamic, production-driven environment.
Your main responsibilities:
Maintain and administer IT systems including Linux (preferably RedHat) and Windows Server environments.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure and applications.
Manage and support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment.
Oversee system monitoring using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
Troubleshoot incidents and resolve system-related issues promptly.
Support and maintain messaging systems like IBM MQ, MSMQ, or RabbitMQ.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive system and operational documentation.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 3 years of experience in SysOps, DevOps, or System Administration roles.
Higher education in IT or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, especially RedHat.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
Experience with Windows Server administration.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
Basic understanding of messaging systems like IBM MQ, MSMQ, or RabbitMQ.
Good grasp of IT systems, databases, and infrastructure in financial environments.
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
Basic English skills for understanding technical documentation.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Certifications in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, or related areas.
Experience with scripting or automation tools.
Language required for the role:
Polish (fluent) and basic English (communicative proficiency).
