Solution Architect

Drive Innovation in Financial IT Systems as a Solution Architect!

Localization: Warsaw, 95% remote - visits in the office only 2 days in month

As a Solution Architect you will be working for our client, one of the leading leasing and finance companies in Poland, supporting the development of innovative IT systems. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of strategic projects, working closely with business owners and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions. This role combines leadership, architecture design, and technical project management, giving you the opportunity to influence system development, improve processes, and drive innovation within a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage technical aspects of IT projects

• Define and design system architecture aligned with business requirements

• Collaborate with business owners and project stakeholders

• Support vendors in implementing new solutions within the organization

• Oversee change management processes and assess impacts across projects

• Ensure effective communication across teams involved in the project

• Report project status, plan activities, and oversee execution

• Supervise project documentation and ensure quality management

• Manage risks and lead change processes within the project

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with external providers

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in leading IT projects from a technical perspective

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Hands-on experience in software development and system integration projects

• Practical competencies in change management and project execution

• Technical knowledge of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments

• Knowledge of databases such as Microsoft SQL Server

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (Bitbucket, TeamCity, PowerShell, Artifactory)

• Experience with communication protocols and services such as SOAP, REST, WCF

• Fluency in version control systems (Git, Atlassian Bitbucket)

• Knowledge of BPMS platforms

• Curiosity and eagerness to search for better solutions 

• Willingness to learn and grow based on Individual Development Plans
