Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model, allowing up to 2 remote days per week.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working for our client, a pioneering leader in the manufacturing industry, dedicated to ensuring the security and integrity of global production processes. You will oversee encryption infrastructure within a complex, international environment, playing a vital role in safeguarding sensitive data across manufacturing platforms. This role offers a unique chance to drive technological excellence and contribute to impactful global projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage Linux and Windows-based servers both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring reliable operation of encryption systems.

• Troubleshoot existing scripts and programs, primarily in Python and C++, to quickly resolve issues and optimize performance.

• Anticipate potential system risks and propose proactive solutions or mitigation plans.

• Collaborate closely with Product Development teams to evolve existing products and develop new solutions.

• Strategize and support future PKI system expansions in partnership with the Product Department.

• Perform network and VPN troubleshooting to ensure seamless connectivity.

• Handle encryption infrastructure upgrades and deployment on production lines effectively.

• Occasionally travel domestically and internationally (up to 5%) to support global operations.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• An Engineering Degree in Electronics or Computer Science.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT, automation, software, or electronics engineering.

• Expertise in IP Networking, computer systems, and databases.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with proficiency in Python and C++.

• Ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions for system improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within international teams.

• Good command of English for technical communication and documentation.

• A team-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of PKI system development.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in Polish and English
