As a ServiceNow Developer - IT Service Management module, you will be working for our client, a dynamic technology firm specializing in optimizing IT service delivery for enterprise clients. You will be instrumental in architecting and deploying comprehensive ServiceNow ITSM solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your expertise will be vital in streamlining IT operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing user experience. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, driving innovation and maintaining the integrity of the ITSM platform. Your ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions will be crucial in supporting the client's growth and operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop and maintain the product backlog/roadmap for ITSM
- Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Define/adjust to requirements of integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems based on specific use cases
- Build Low Level Design Documentation and estimate the implementation
- Manage upgrades, including document review, awareness sessions, impact analysis, and testing
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes (valid CSA & ITSM CIS)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture
- Proven experience in designing and creating LLD documentation for ServiceNow ITSM solution architecture
- Strong understanding of IT service processes and ServiceNow best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
- Documented experience/proficiency in Predictive Intelligence implementation
- Documented experience/proficiency in Performance Analytics/Dashboards design/implementation
- Documented experience/proficiency in setting up efficient management system for Inbound email rules
- Ability to estimate implementation time of developed solutions
