As a Senior Cybersecurity Service Coordinator, you will be working for our client, a leading organization committed to delivering secure, user-centric digital solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project execution and top-tier service delivery within their cybersecurity, design, and user experience teams. Your main responsibilities:
Kickstart projects by collaborating closely with teams to define scope, set schedules, and develop clear timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts by identifying key stakeholders and facilitating effective communication among teams working towards shared cybersecurity and UX goals.
Maintain open channels of communication by providing regular updates, addressing questions, and clarifying expectations to ensure all parties are aligned.
Organize and manage project documentation, keeping all relevant files updated and easily accessible for team and stakeholder reference.
Monitor project progress proactively, identify potential delays or risks, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective measures before issues arise.
Provide stakeholders with consistent status reports to keep everyone informed about milestones and project health.
Foster a collaborative environment, supporting team members and sharing ideas to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and users.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within cybersecurity, technical, or UX domains
Proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills in English (fluent, written and verbal)
Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to documentation and quality standards
Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with design, UX/UI principles, or related fields (a plus)
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (a plus)
Background in technical or cybersecurity environments (a plus)
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English (written and verbal).
