Krakow-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week).
As a Senior Third-Party and SaaS Technology Resilience Architect, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to safeguarding critical business operations through innovative technology strategies. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the resilience of third-party technology services, ensuring they support the organization’s growth and stability in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Your main responsibilities:
- Define and assess end-to-end technology architectures supporting critical services
- Identify systemic resilience risks and architectural weaknesses across supplier ecosystems
- Support the design of target-state resilience architectures, including exit and substitution strategies
- Provide architectural input into supplier assessments, remediation plans, and contractual requirements
- Collaborate closely with Service Managers to align operational and architectural views
- Drive tangible improvements in resilience and stability across the organization
- Engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops to foster understanding and action
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and integration
- Proven experience working with third-party hosted and SaaS solutions, including dependency mapping and failure modes
- Deep understanding of resilience design patterns (failover, redundancy, recovery, degradation strategies)
- Ability to map end-to-end service chains and identify single points of failure across suppliers
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of bridging architecture, operations, and business needs
- Experience in incident management processes and root cause analysis
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in enterprise architecture or resilience design (optional)
- Experience leading workshops and collaborating with enterprise-level suppliers and product managers
