Position

We're currently looking for a candidate for our client in the energy industry.

This request involves the engagement of a Technical Solution Architect / Analyst (Technical Business Analyst) to support a digital ideation and collaboration platform. The role focuses on analyzing technical requirements, solution design, and supporting configuration for central/global integrations of the collaboration platform.

The product landscape includes Miro, Synthesia, and Slack; additional ideation and collaboration tools will be added over time.

The scope includes SaaS collaboration tools, IAM and API-based integrations, as well as non-functional requirements such as security and compliance.

Project Topic, Scope & Objectives

- The project aims to ensure the operation and further development of a digital ideation and collaboration platform by establishing dedicated technical ownership.

- It includes gathering and refining functional and non-functional requirements, designing scalable end-to-end solutions, and specifying integrations within a global collaboration tool landscape.

- The toolset includes Miro, Synthesia, and Slack, with expected expansion to additional ideation and collaboration tools.

- A key component is supporting IAM/SSO and API-based connectivity to ensure secure, compliant, and stable platform usage.

- The goal is to deliver robust, well-documented solution designs and configuration guidelines that accelerate ideation use cases while reducing operational risks.

Workload: approx. 40 hours per week

Location: Hanover | 100% remote

Salary offered

1300 - 1400 PLN netto + VAT / day

You will be successful in this role if:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Solution Architect in SaaS and enterprise platform environments

• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and technical solution design

• Hands-on experience with IAM topics (IdP, SSO, SCIM)

• Experience with API-based integrations and automation

• Solid understanding of non-functional requirements (security, compliance, operability)

• Experience in agile product or platform teams

• Experience in large enterprise environments or multi-tenant SaaS

Welcome:

• Experience operating or supporting a central/global digital platform

• Strong communication skills in complex stakeholder environments (stakeholder management)

• Familiarity with platform governance and compliance processes

• Experience with AI-driven ideation or rapid prototyping platforms (nice - to - have)
