Senior Test Coordinator

Wroclaw-based opportunity with remote work model.

As a Senior End-to-End Testing Coordinator, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital transformation committed to redefining operational efficiency through innovative technology. You will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of new operating systems across various business areas, ensuring seamless transition and optimal system performance. Your main responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive test documentation for end-to-end processes.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to complete E2E readiness templates.

• Prepare detailed E2E test scenarios and train business testers.

• Support, organize, and coordinate E2E business tests.

• Confirm test participant availability and communicate ongoing activities.

• Organize and facilitate E2E test meetings, record findings, and monitor errors.

• Manage triage meetings and prioritize reports and analyses.

• Verify error reports against requirements and manage changes resulting from testing.

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in conducting E2E or UAT tests within large organizations on multiple systems.

• Strong ability to coordinate large groups of business users.

• Proven independence in analyzing processes and building test scenarios.

• Experience managing multiple topics simultaneously in a continuously evolving environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level).

  
  

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certification or experience in project management or testing methodologies.

  
  

Language required for the role:

• Polish and English (Communicative level).
