Senior System Analyst

As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a major global financial institution, on modernizing treasury sales systems to support complex product management and streamline front-to-back processing. You will play a crucial role in a large-scale transformation initiative focused on enhancing system integration, refining architectures, and improving operational efficiency. Your technical acumen will help translate business needs into precise specifications, ensuring seamless collaboration with architecture and development teams while aligning with regulatory standards and strategic goals. This role offers a unique chance to influence core financial platforms within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and validate comprehensive business requirements

• Prepare solution proposals aligned with existing IT architecture

• Produce detailed system specifications at the analysis level

• Collaborate with architects and developers to design effective system solutions

• Coordinate functional and technical dependencies with cross-functional teams

• Support testing activities across various delivery phases

• Document system changes and solution decisions accurately

• Analyze integration needs for REST APIs and event-driven communication protocols

• Evaluate impacts on distributed systems and relational databases

• Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or related fields

• Advanced knowledge of REST technology

• Strong expertise with PostgreSQL databases

• Familiarity with relational databases, distributed IT systems, and event-driven communication

• Experience with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI specifications

• Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, and Enterprise Architect tools

• Solid background in systems analysis methods and application development

• Knowledge of financial market products and IT product development methodologies

• Ability to work effectively within an Agile environment
