As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in developing innovative digital services and products tailored for SME clients. You will contribute to building impactful tools that support entrepreneurs—such as value-added services, loyalty programs, and digital business support systems—driving technological excellence and transformative growth in the SME sector.
Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to design efficient IT solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to develop and implement platform features.
- Utilize your expertise to improve system functionalities, ensuring seamless integration of technologies like REST, RabbitMQ, and UML.
- Document system processes and specifications clearly, supporting ongoing development and maintenance.
- Drive process improvements and proactively suggest innovative approaches to system enhancements.
- Evaluate existing system architectures and recommend optimizations to increase performance and reliability.
- Support the testing and validation of new functionalities, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify technical details and confirm solutions align with business objectives.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in system analysis or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of REST API development and UML, with a basic understanding of PL/SQL and RabbitMQ.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with system analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Knowledge of Agile project management.
- Certification or practical experience in software implementation methodologies.
Language required for the role:
Communicative Polish proficiency.
