Poland-based opportunity with a remote work model (5 days remote per week).
As a Senior SAP Basis Administrator, you will be working for our client, a global leader in enterprise software solutions. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing SAP systems—including S/4HANA, GTS, BW4—and supporting cloud integrations to ensure seamless operations across diverse environments. This role offers a unique chance to shape the evolution of enterprise cloud landscapes and accelerate your career in SAP landscapes.
Your main responsibilities:
- Administer and operate SAP systems such as S/4HANA, GTS, BW4, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and capacity
- Execute installations, upgrades, patches, and system updates
- Manage SAP transports and oversee system landscape configurations
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Support system copies, backups, disaster recovery, and system restoration processes
- Collaborate with development, functional, and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations
- Document system configurations, procedures, and operational workflows
- Administer SAP Cloud ALM, SAP KPRO, and manage SAP Fiori components (Gateway, Launchpad)
- Support global SAP rollouts and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Setup and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and support future SAP BTP subaccount configurations and integrations
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
- Expertise in SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP HANA
- Knowledge of databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server
- Experience working with ticketing systems for incident, service request, change, and problem management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within a remote setup
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- ITIL certification
- Cloud experience with SAP RISE or hyperscaler environments
- Knowledge of SAP Archiving and SAP_KPRO maintenance

- Fluent English, both written and spoken
