As a Senior OT Network Support Analyst – Connectivity & Incident Management, you will be working for our client, a leading international banking group, supporting their global network and call center infrastructure across 55 countries. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing incident calls, restoring services swiftly, and ensuring seamless connectivity to support business continuity worldwide. Your main responsibilities:

  • Support Telecoms incidents globally and provide expertise in resolution
  • Monitor infrastructure and raise vendor tickets to facilitate recovery without impacting service
  • Collaborate with Incident managers and other teams to provide required inputs regarding OT network incidents
  • Work within a global diverse team of engineers and vendors on a 'follow the Sun' basis
  • Drive down infrastructure service outages and repeat failures
  • Ensure global standards are set and adhered to
  • Work with Service Providers to ensure contractual commitments and continuous improvement
  • Support the recovery of IT systems and support services in accordance with agreed business/IT service levels

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in networking or telecommunications support
  • Good understanding of Data Networks Topologies and protocols
  • Experience working within ITIL/Agile Standards/Frameworks
  • Willingness and ability to learn new telecoms technologies and supporting tools
  • Strong team player able to collaborate at all levels
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • OT network understanding

Language Required for the role:

  • Polish — Communicative command
