As a Senior IT Service Provider for Payment Business Solutions, you will be working for our client, a leading provider in the financial technology industry, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge payment solutions globally. In this role, you will contribute to shaping secure, scalable, and reliable payment systems that drive digital transformation and improve user experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize IT service delivery for payment solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative payment technologies and foster continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance on complex payment system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor service performance metrics and develop strategies for process enhancement.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of new payment features and integrations.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to payment processing.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 0+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably within payment or financial solutions.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems, APIs, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Understanding of security and regulatory standards associated with payment services.
• Experience with cloud platforms and service orchestration is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in IT service management or payment technology.
• Prior experience working in agile environments.
