As an IT Program Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the online banking sector undergoing continuous digital transformation. You will be part of the IT Delivery Office, overseeing the coordination and execution of retail business initiatives across IT structures known as "boxes." In this role, you will closely collaborate with both IT and business teams, ensuring transparency, consistency, and delivery effectiveness. Your mission will be to monitor, guide, and enhance delivery processes, proactively ensuring timely delivery of products across multiple IT teams within a dynamic and strategically driven environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery of business initiatives within IT BOXes
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and analysis
- Present recommendations and assess consequences of available delivery options
- Collaborate on creative scope adjustment solutions to meet deadlines
- Ensure alignment of delivery efforts with strategic organizational plans
- Work closely with Box Owners, IT teams, and Business Strategy Office
- Collect, analyze, and share data on planning, progress, and team structure
- Monitor key process metrics and performance indicators
- Participate in optimizing delivery processes and implementing best practices
- Drive continuous improvement across software delivery and initiative portfolios
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager
- Proven success in leading and delivering complex IT initiatives
- Ability to creatively adjust project scope in collaboration with business units
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments
- Proficiency with project, portfolio, and data analysis tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Power BI)
- Strong data analysis skills to support business decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of both Agile (e.g., Scrum) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder relationship-building skills
