Senior IT Analyst

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst , you will be working for our client, a leading player in the technology industry, dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions. Your expertise will support the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements, contributing directly to the development of complex IT environments and integrated solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business and system requirements, documenting them according to organizational standards

• Model business processes using BPMN and system workflows with UML

• Create analytical and system documentation supporting software development processes

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and end-users to refine requirements

• Conduct analyses for integrated systems interconnected with internal and external solutions

• Assist the development team in interpreting requirements and business processes

• Support internal testing efforts and help define testing scenarios

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in business and system requirements analysis within IT projects

• Proven collaboration experience with development teams, business stakeholders, and Product Owners

• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML notations

• Practical experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of PowerBI

• Ability to create comprehensive business and system documentation

• Experience analyzing systems within complex IT environments, including integrations

• Good command of English for working with technical and business documentation

  
  

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience in analyzing systems in the financial sector

• Practice working with cash product solutions or similar financial services

• Technical background
