Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer – Insurance Technology

As a Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading insurance technology company dedicated to transforming claims processing. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced solutions within the Guidewire ClaimCenter 10 platform, contributing to complex integrations and high-quality code that drives efficient insurance operations. This is an exciting chance to leverage your expertise in Guidewire and object-oriented programming while working within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and optimize Guidewire ClaimCenter applications to meet business requirements.

• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Web Service, REST API, and XML.

• Conduct technical analysis and contribute to system design and architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting to deliver quality solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation activities.

• Support continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

• Contribute to the development of technical standards and guidelines for insurance systems.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development.

• At least 3 years of object-oriented programming experience, especially Java.

• Solid knowledge of relational databases, particularly Oracle.

• Proficiency with Web Service, REST API, and XML technologies.

• Strong understanding of programming best practices and design patterns.

• Good command of Polish language (reading technical documentation and communication).

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with Spring Boot and IBM MQ.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Participation in Scrum projects using JIRA and Confluence.

• Knowledge of claims management systems, especially in automotive and residential insurance.

• Certifications related to the Guidewire platform.

Language Required for the role:

• Polish (good command required)
