As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution engaged in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will be joining a highly skilled engineering team focused on building scalable platforms and automation solutions that integrate across a complex technology ecosystem. The client is investing heavily in microservices, cloud, and big data environments, and you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical systems. Your work will contribute directly to the modernization of services, enabling innovation, resilience, and streamlined operations across a globally dispersed organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing and developing scalable microservices using Scala and Spring Boot

• Building and integrating APIs to support backend services and enterprise systems

• Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform

• Executing and monitoring Apache Spark jobs while optimizing performance

• Developing dynamic and responsive user interfaces with JavaScript and Next.js

• Containerizing applications with Docker and orchestrating deployments with Kubernetes

• Automating deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in globally dispersed environments

• Promoting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members

• Sharing knowledge and best practices to drive engineering excellence

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience engineering solutions in big data, on-prem or cloud environments

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to complex environments

• Hands-on experience in backend development and API integration

• Proven expertise with microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform

• Proficiency in databases, messaging, and caching technologies such as Postgres SQL, Mongo, Redis, Kafka

• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

• Experience with Apache Spark, including tuning and optimization for large-scale data

• Solid understanding of software development best practices and automation principles

• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across global teams

  
  

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js

• Exposure to IT Service Management or IT systems lifecycle automation tools

• Familiarity with governance processes and solutions for enterprise IT environments
