As a Senior Dynamics 365 for Sales Technical Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization, supporting the deployment and technical customization of Dynamics 365 for Sales across multiple international markets. Join a dynamic team to drive digital transformation and deliver cutting-edge CRM solutions to global clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Code delivery and review, ensuring high-quality technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and build quality checks throughout the development lifecycle
- Groom backlog items and participate in sprint planning sessions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Contribute to daily stand-ups to facilitate progress and unblock stories
- Review and analyze clients' business processes, providing effective solutions
- Assess requirements and customize CRM functionalities to client specifications
- Support production releases and ongoing system improvements
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 for Sales implementations
- Minimum of 4 complete lifecycle projects using Dynamics 365 for Sales online
- Hands-on experience with CRM SDK and programmatic interfacing
- Proficiency with Power Platform tools, Canvas Apps, and Platform Pages
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET stack (.NET 4.6.2)
- Excellent programming skills in C# and JavaScript
- 3+ years of Azure application development experience
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus
- Experience integrating with other systems using Azure technologies
- Knowledge of TDD, automated testing, and mocking frameworks
- Proficiency in writing C# Unit Tests (e.g., NUnit, FakeXrmEasy, Moq)
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, MSAL for authentication & authorization
- Comfortable working with GIT source control
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, ReactJS, AngularJS
- Knowledge of messaging platforms such as MQ Series and Azure Service Bus
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and publish/subscribe patterns
- SOLID principles and design pattern expertise
- Familiarity with logging frameworks like App Insights and Serilog
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
