Senior CRM and Personalization Analyst

As a Senior CRM and Personalization Analyst, you will be working for our client, an innovative leader in customer relationship management within the banking sector. You will contribute to crafting advanced personalization processes and designing targeted communication strategies that elevate customer experience and foster loyalty. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and implement sophisticated personalization workflows to enhance customer engagement
• Develop tailored communication strategies based on customer data and needs
• Configure and optimize campaigns within SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH platforms
• Prepare detailed requirements and specifications for system enhancements and real-time personalization features
• Conduct testing and analysis of proposed solutions to ensure effectiveness and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and system integration
• Analyze campaign results and continuously improve personalization processes

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM campaign implementation and personalization
• Proven expertise with SAS CI Studio and Pega CDH configuration
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL and relational databases
• Experience in delivering marketing campaigns within the banking sector (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Polish at a communicative level
• Good command of English (minimum B2), written and spoken
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and quality-focus skills
• Willingness to develop professionally and share knowledge with the team

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of SAS 4GL

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of Polish
• Good command of English (minimum B2)
