As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client in the financial services industry, driving large-scale change initiatives that shape operational excellence. Your expertise will help conceptualize innovative solutions, embed seamless change, and ensure value realization across regions, supporting the continuous evolution of banking services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Identify, define, and solve complex problems using systemic thinking and creativity.

• Articulate and translate intricate information into clear, structured insights tailored to diverse audiences.

• Understand business drivers and competitive strategies to develop aligned, impactful solutions.

• Anticipate potential issues and risks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

• Drive requirements management processes and design effective solutions accordingly.

• Assess impacts on target operating models and coordinate activities with appropriate mitigation plans.

• Raise challenges constructively and support program management with impact assessments.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design in complex projects.

• Strong understanding of change management and implementation techniques.

• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, and Visio.

• Knowledge of banking, financial services, or shared services industries.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
