Join a Global Investment Leader as a Senior Business Analyst – Drive Change & Innovation in Operations!Warsaw based offer with possible to work in hybrid model.As a Senior Business Analyst you will be working for our client, a leading global investment bank providing financial services to millions of customers worldwide. You will join a team dedicated to driving operational excellence through the implementation of innovative technology solutions and process improvements. The role focuses on supporting Operations teams with system changes, onboarding new clients, and aligning business requirements with technology deliverables. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment where transformation and innovation are key priorities.
Your main responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse proposed system changes to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology deliverables
Perform process analysis and design solutions that meet client and operational needs
Deliver detailed business requirements and support test planning and execution
Collaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams to ensure successful project implementation
Facilitate onboarding of new clients into Operations functions
Support operational teams with the implementation of new tools and process improvements
Conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring operational issues
Take proactive steps to identify and mitigate project risks
Challenge existing processes and propose innovative, efficient solutions
Ensure all implemented solutions align with the company’s strategic goals
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Minimum 7 years of experience within Financial Services
Strong understanding of Financial Operations processes
Minimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Agency, Accounting, Mid-Office Operations or as a Business Analyst
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to analyse complex data and document business requirements
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Demonstrated proactivity and problem-solving mindset
Ability to perform effectively under time pressure
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Working knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI or SQL
