As a Senior AI Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a trailblazing leader in healthcare analytics and AI-driven solutions. You will help build sophisticated data visualization tools, interactive dashboards, and CLI utilities that support AI research workflows and healthcare data exploration. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of healthcare technology, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Your main responsibilities:
Build dynamic front-end applications with TypeScript and React (Vite, React Router) for healthcare analytics dashboards.
Develop and implement healthcare-specific visualizations such as patient journeys, KPIs, and geographic/temporal data analysis.
Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern libraries like shadcn-ui, Radix UI, and Tailwind CSS.
Design and develop Python-based back-end services and command-line tools to manage data pipelines, run queries, and orchestrate workflows.
Integrate with LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, Azure OpenAI) for AI-powered data analysis, entity extraction, and content generation, including streaming responses.
Design REST APIs and query databases such as PostgreSQL/Supabase to fetch and transform data for use in dashboards.
Collaborate on the development of developer tools, write unit and integration tests, and contribute to clear documentation and code reviews.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in full stack development, especially in healthcare or data visualization domains.
Strong expertise in TypeScript + React, including hooks, context API, and modern React patterns.
Hands-on experience with data visualization libraries like Recharts, Visx, and D3.js.
Proven backend skills with Python, APIs, async programming, and CLI development, preferably using FastAPI, Click, or Typer.
Practical knowledge of integrating LLMs via APIs like OpenAI GPT-4, with understanding of prompt engineering and cost optimization.
Experience working with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data transformation for UI consumption.
Proficiency with Git workflows, code review processes, and documentation practices.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Cloud experience with Azure (App Service, Functions, Container Apps) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask for backend API development.
Implementation of real-time features using WebSockets or SSE.
Healthcare domain knowledge, including HIPAA compliance considerations.
Skills in advanced frontend visualizations like custom D3.js components and UX design for data-heavy applications.
