As a Senior Agile Lead – Digital Business Automation, you will be working for our client, a key player in enabling reliable, secure, and scalable operations across a global financial institution. This role involves driving continuous improvement and effective agile delivery within a new technology POD focused on open-source software solutions, helping shape innovative, efficient digital workflows.
Your main responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure incremental value delivery.
- Coach teams on agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to optimize flow, feedback, and transparency.
- Identify and resolve impediments related to processes, tooling, dependencies, or decision-making to keep delivery on track.
- Use metrics to monitor team health, spot bottlenecks, and support continuous process improvements without misusing data.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to enhance backlog quality, prioritization, and clarity of expected outcomes.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams, vendors, and functions such as architecture, security, and risk management to facilitate seamless delivery.
- Promote engineering best practices including quality, automation, testing, CI/CD, and adherence to “definition of done”.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages early risk awareness, constructive challenge, and rapid learning.
- Lead root-cause analysis through structured problem-solving techniques to ensure sustainable fixes that address core issues.
- Map current end-to-end processes, identify waste, simplify handoffs, standardize practices, and drive process improvements with clear ownership and milestones.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in Agile delivery and process improvement within a technology or IT environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, along with a strong grasp of software delivery lifecycles.
- Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence platforms.
- Proven track record applying process improvements and translating data insights into actionable steps.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance agile flexibility with necessary process discipline and structure.
- Advantageous: experience with DevOps, Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, or process automation.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of advanced automation tools or frameworks.

- Fluent English (excellent verbal and written communication).
