As a Senior Security Solution Architect, you will be working for our client, a global financial services organization undergoing major cybersecurity and technology-modernization initiatives. You will be designing secure, scalable, end-to-end solutions that align with strategic architecture standards while supporting complex regulatory, operational, and transformation programs. Collaborating closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will guide design decisions, manage security risks, and ensure solutions remain efficient, compliant, and fit for purpose. Your expertise will strengthen the organization’s security posture and enable sustainable, long-term delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• Producing and updating end-to-end solution designs aligned with reference architecture

• Translating business and security requirements into efficient and cost-effective solution architectures

• Articulating and publishing key design decisions, ensuring transparent governance

• Recording and mitigating technical risks or issues arising from solution design

• Presenting design artifacts at technical governance forums for input and approval

• Ensuring all architecture artifacts undergo peer review before submission

• Managing and escalating technical and project risks, proposing remediation steps

• Leading technical discussions and providing cybersecurity thought leadership across teams

• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver secure solutions

• Championing strong documentation and ensuring clarity behind all design choices

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of cybersecurity expertise in a specialized domain

• Broad IT background with strong cross-domain communication skills

• Experience working in enterprise and solution architecture environments

• Solid understanding of operational and transformation cybersecurity perspectives

• Proven track record designing secure, large-scale technology solutions

• Ability to manage and influence technical teams in complex programs

• Experience applying architectural governance frameworks

• Ability to articulate design decisions with clear mapping to risks and impacts

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related technical field

• Recognized cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM)

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience designing secrets-management solutions with tools like HashiCorp Vault

• Knowledge of secrets-management or identity frameworks

• Experience implementing federated identity or privileged access management solutions

• Familiarity with authentication protocols such as Kerberos, OAuth, or SAML

• SABSA or TOGAF architectural certification

Language required for the role:

• Fluent Polish and English
