As a Salesforce Integration Developer you will be working for our client, a major global financial institution undergoing a large-scale transformation of its commercial banking operations. You will support the migration of the GBM segment into a unified enterprise CRM environment, contributing to the development of data pipelines, workflow automation and onboarding processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud while maintaining high standards of performance, scalability and data quality throughout the project.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integration pipelines supporting the CRM migration

• Implement task-based workflows using Service Cloud

• Build onboarding processes leveraging Experience Cloud

• Create and optimize ETL processes for complex data sets

• Integrate external systems with Salesforce using best practices

• Collaborate with architects and analysts to refine technical solutions

• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure system reliability

• Produce technical documentation for implemented solutions

• Support testing activities and resolve defects

• Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript

• Advanced knowledge of ETL processes and tools

• Strong Salesforce CRM experience

• Experience with Service Cloud

• Experience with Experience Cloud

• Understanding of system integration patterns

• Ability to design scalable technical solutions

• Experience working in enterprise environments

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
