Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days remote).
As a Resolution Reporting Process Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to innovative banking solutions and regulatory compliance. You will support the delivery of critical reporting processes within bank's high-profile Resolution Reporting team, focusing on ensuring timely, high-quality reporting across a wide array of products and strategies. This role offers a pathway to influence global finance operations and foster career growth within a stimulating international setting.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of the Trading Activity Wind Down (TWD) program, supporting system developments and internal testing in preparation for 2026.
- Act as the primary contact for HK TWD reporting requests in Krakow, ensuring effective communication and execution.
- Support APAC ViR reporting initiatives, managing ad hoc resolution related requests and regulatory projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Product Control senior management, regional teams, and external auditors.
- Promote operational integrity by adhering to HSBC’s internal control standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Enhance process efficiencies by sharing knowledge and implementing best practices across teams.
- Contribute to risk management and audit processes by supporting internal controls and addressing any compliance issues.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in a financial or control environment, preferably within Product Control or related finance functions.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with a good understanding of IFRS accounting and financial products.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to succinctly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven relationship management capabilities, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders across global teams.
- Ability to quickly analyze complex problems, ask pertinent questions, and develop detailed understanding.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with regulatory reporting and financial systems.
- Knowledge of market risk, traded risk, or counterparty credit risk processes.
- Relevant certifications or additional qualifications in finance or compliance.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
