Kraków-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office).
As a Programme and Project Services Manager, you will be working for our client, a major global financial organisation undergoing extensive transformation across its change portfolio. You will support the delivery of complex programmes by strengthening governance, optimizing planning processes, and ensuring all change activities align with strategic objectives. Your efforts will facilitate long-term organisational benefits through structured, well-governed programme management practices and impactful project execution.
Your main responsibilities:
Building project team confidence by demonstrating expertise and contributing ideas
Supporting programme leaders in defining scope, quality, cost, and effort
Identifying and managing change requests across the delivery lifecycle
Estimating impacts on scope, time, budget, and effort
Recommending measures to optimize programme plans
Developing communication and reporting strategies
Coordinating with stakeholders for progress reviews and decision-making
Managing documentation and approvals to ensure governance compliance
Enhancing the efficiency of project and programme management processes
Overseeing development of programme plans aligned with required frameworks
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 3 years of experience in change delivery, project, or programme management within a banking environment
Strong knowledge of change frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
Deep understanding of project, programme, and change lifecycles
Proven PMO or project management experience delivering on time and on budget
Extensive experience working in a banking environment
Strong knowledge of project governance and control mechanisms
Proficiency with MS Office and standard tooling such as Clarity and SharePoint
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong analytical and organisational abilities
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
Experience coordinating documentation flows and approval cycles
Familiarity with GPDM or similar portfolio management tools
Experience developing communication strategies for senior stakeholders
Background improving project efficiency across large portfolios
Experience supporting the development of programme plans in complex environments
