As a Product Management & Communications Specialist – IT Compliance Engine, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to maintaining a transparent and secure technology control landscape. You will help deliver a user-centric platform that simplifies compliance processes, enhances developer experience, and strengthens the bank’s security posture. Your main responsibilities:

• Support the product owner in engaging and communicating with ICE customers and stakeholders
• Facilitate customer forums and align project roadmaps with client needs
• Collaborate with business analysts to set up and run pilots for new features, ensuring clear communication of updates
• Test and advocate for the customer-centric approach in product enhancements and transitions
• Assist in preparing regular status reports, RAID updates, and delivering showcases to Steering Committee
• Contribute to product planning and prioritization, emphasizing data and metrics to inform decision-making
• Foster proactive collaboration within the ICE team, sharing insights and innovative ideas to improve the product suite

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within a global organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English
• Investigative mindset and a proactive, self-starting approach
• Ability to analyze and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Organized, methodical, and capable of synthesizing diverse information to present clear summaries

It is a strong plus if you have:

• PMO experience
• Knowledge of user experience or user research methodologies

Language Required for the role:
Fluent English (spoken and written)
