Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days per month in the office).
As a PMO Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undergoing multi-year transformation across technology and operational functions. You will be supporting programmes that aim to optimise budgeting, procurement, workforce planning and governance processes. In this role, you will be ensuring that financial and resource data is accurately maintained, providing critical insights to programme leadership, and helping projects run smoothly across regions. You will be collaborating closely with procurement teams, finance partners and delivery units to strengthen transparency, control and reporting across the organisation.
Your main responsibilities:
Supporting procurement processes by raising and tracking spend requests, purchase orders and invoices
Supporting resourcing processes and monitoring headcount requests and related documentation
Tracking programme spend against budgets and producing management reporting
Tracking workforce demand and utilisation across teams
Maintaining accurate data in PMO tooling such as forecasts and headcount plans
Assisting with the preparation of programme reporting for leadership
Collaborating with stakeholders across procurement, finance and delivery teams
Ensuring data quality across financial and workforce management systems
Coordinating with programme managers to maintain consistent governance practices
Providing timely updates on financials and resourcing to support decision-making
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Min. 2+ years of experience of previous experience on similar position
Experience with purchase orders / invoicing (or similar) is a must-have
Basic experience with financial analysis
Experience in a PMO support role within a global organisation
Experience working with procurement and workforce management processes
Experience tracking project financials and providing clear reporting
Experience within Financial Services and/or Technology environments
Proficiency managing and analysing large datasets
Strong skills using PMO tools such as Excel, PowerPoint or Clarity
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work accurately and reliably with financial information
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple reporting cycles
It is a strong plus if you have:
Experience with automation of PMO processes
Knowledge of additional financial or portfolio management tools
Experience supporting multi-region transformation programmes
