Oracle Developer – Data Engineering

Join our dynamic team in Amsterdam! This is a Netherlands-based hybrid opportunity – 2 days on-site per week.

As an Oracle Developer, you will be working for our client – a leader in financial markets innovation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data handling processes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain data workflows, ETL processes, and pipelines.
• Implement and work with the latest tooling focusing on performance, stability, and security.
• Build supporting tooling and procedures for data processing and monitoring.
• Implement automations for data movement processes.
• Ensure quality outputs through testing and automation.
• Document specifications and implementations.
• Collaborate with operations teams for maintenance and improvement.

You're ideal for the role if you have:

• Expertise in Oracle development (5+ years).
• Experience with real-time transactional applications.
• Proficiency in data handling processes.
• Expertise in Python and shell scripting (1+ years).
• Strong problem-solving and solutions engineering mindset.
• Experience coordinating remotely with teams.
• Familiarity with Git and version control technologies.
