Mid/ Senior Pega Developer

Warsaw/ Gdańsk based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office/week)

As a PEGA Developer (Customer Decision Hub), you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution managing operations and processes for millions of users. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions using Pega technology. You will work closely with an team to ensure high-quality deliverables, support other users, and contribute to process improvements. Your work will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Pega applications that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an Agile team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery

• Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices

• Document software development processes and solutions for future maintenance and development

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues during development or after deployment

• Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

• Implement Pega applications following business requirements and technical specifications

• Integrate Pega solutions with other systems using APIs and connectors

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Deep understanding of PEGA tools, rules, case management, and BPM concepts

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing PEGA applications

• Comfort working in flexible project management styles, such as Scrum or Kanban, using tools like Jira

• Practical experience in system integrations and creating complex rules in PEGA

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in managing code changes using Git and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in performance tuning and optimisation of PEGA applications

• Openness to leading other developers and managing PEGA projects effectively

• Knowledge of documenting development processes and maintaining code quality

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues
